Be a Caro 150 Winter Fest Volunteer
The annual event is spearheaded by the Caro 150 Winter Fest Board, members of the Midwest International Racing Association (MIRA) and area volunteers. 

 

“This event has grown greatly since our inception thanks to our area supporters and volunteers,” said Debra Lipan, President of the Caro 150 Winter Fest Board.  “We’re hoping to keep the momentum of growth going with the recruitment of more volunteers who can provide feedback on our early years and bring fresh ideas to the table.”


We welcome volunteers who are interested in: 

  • Planning and execution of event logistics
  • Set up and clean up
  • Selling concessions and event T-shirts
  • Collecting admissions
  • Providing gate/race security
  • Assisting with event activities; such as, entertainment, wintertime contests
  • Being a chair or co-chair for an event
  • And more!
